Our Philosophy
Jonny Reeve, with over 15 years of experience as an executive pastor and consultant, has collaborated with a diverse spectrum of leaders and teams. His unwavering commitment revolves around fostering self-awareness and relational insight, catalyzing profound transformations in leadership.
Jonny's extensive journey has endowed him with an intricate comprehension of the unique trials confronted by leaders. Complementing his wealth of practical knowledge, he boasts a strong foundation in business administration and project management. Currently, he is on the cusp of achieving ACC coaching certification, further enhancing his ability to guide and empower leaders.
A native of northern Virginia, Jonny thrives as a family man, married to his wife Jess for 12 years and blessed with two boys. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jonny finds solace in music, is a connoisseur of coffee and cocktails, and an avid sports enthusiast, with a special devotion to Liverpool F.C. and the Chicago Cubs.

Courtney's expertise spans diverse realms, from individual business owners to international companies, guiding them toward lasting success through GiANT-certified consulting. Her passion lies in cultivating organizational cultures where everyone's Voice is heard and valued, and true leaders emerge.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Courtney spends her free time playing golf, tennis, and competitive cornhole, and planning her next trip. She’s fun Aunt Coco to her three nieces and one nephew.
